The pressure is difficult to control stably, leading to chemical modulation failure and causing trouble for subsequent processing.
Before sludge dewatering, it is necessary to undergo flocculation, and the flocculation effect has a significant impact on the dewatering effect. For different types of sludge, it is necessary to choose a reasonable flocculant, and determine the dosage of the flocculant through experiments to achieve good flocculation effect. Therefore, the usage conditions of sludge flocculants were determined through experiments.
Mud purification equipment is suitable for sludge dewatering in wastewater treatment processes such as urban sewage treatment plants, pharmaceuticals, leather, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, chemical engineering, coal washing, environmental engineering, etc. It can also be used for solid-liquid separation in industrial production and is an ideal equipment for environmental governance and resource recovery.
