The performance and quality of drilling fluid solid control equipment are the key to solid control technology. The drilling fluid solid control system mainly includes three parts: drilling fluid circulation tank, drilling fluid purification treatment equipment, and electrical control equipment. Among them, drilling fluid purification and treatment equipment mainly includes vibrating screens, desanders, desilters, degassers, centrifuges, sand pumps, mixers, and mixers. It can also be equipped with drilling debris recovery and waste liquid treatment devices for environmentally sensitive areas.
Solid control equipment focuses on the development of sand removal, mud removal, and gas removal equipment with small footprint, high efficiency, and long service life, and is integrated with high-speed centrifuges to achieve automatic detection and control based on detection results.
The solid control equipment system consists of four vibrating screens and two dryers (i.e. dry vibrating screens), which are connected in parallel with the dryers. The drilling fluid returned from the well is distributed by the drilling fluid distributor to the four vibrating screens and dryers for processing, and the solid particles separated by them are processed by another one. The dryer is used for processing to further dehydrate the particles. Recycle the leached liquid and discharge the dried particles. The dryer is actually a fine mesh vibrating screen, with the screen frame tilted up 10 ° to reduce liquid loss.
In recent years, the theoretical research and manufacturing technology level of solid control equipment for drilling fluid in China has made great progress, especially in the theoretical research of the working principle of vibrating screens and cyclone separators, which has reached or approached a very high level. There is a certain gap in the performance and lifespan of solid-state control equipment compared to foreign solid-state control equipment, mainly in terms of materials, processing technology, processing accuracy, and the quality of general equipment (such as electric motors).
